“ We booked our daughter's 2nd Birthday here just this past weekend. Our host Miles was soooo hospitable and the place was spotless. They did temp checks and required masks for entry. Felt very safe and socially distanced with the precautions put in place. Miles contacted us 1 day in advance to confirm details and make sure we had everything we needed. Absolutely best way to celebrate!!! The food was awesome and we loved our party package. Will absolutely be back ”

I’d like to give a special shout out to Amari, she assisted us with deciding what package to purchase and made our 5 year old feel so special on his big day. Amari truly is a gem!! ”
“ The best ever!!!! Im always hesitate to take my grandchildren to Chuck E Cheese because they're not the cleanest nor most sanitary places that I've been to. This one by far is the ABSOLUTE BEST ONE EVER . Super clean. Customer service is excellent. Sean Sanchez (District Technical Manger FF) was very personable and professional. He deserves the upmost praise. He was willing to take the time to explain how the games worked. If you're looking for a fun place for kids. You can't go wrong!!!! ”
“ I’ve came to this location a few times and never had an issue using my Groupon until today. Be careful, because they will try and make you pay 12-13 for having a Groupon. The young lady in the black made me step aside to assists others even though I’ve already been waiting for a long time for her to scan my Groupon. I waited over 25 mins for the lady in the green shirt to help the lady in the black shirt. The lady in the green shirt tried to argue with me that my Groupon was invalid and that I had to reach out to Groupon. Whole time, she realized the mistake of her coworker and told her to not have too many screens open and then she was able to let my son was able to finally play. There was no apology or anything for the unnecessary waiting and misinformation of an invalid Groupon. Professionalism and more training needs to be improved. ”
“ My daughter had her birthday here last weekend but we didn’t have a party. We came on a Sunday and was able to get three tables by the front windows without taking up seating from others. We got a game card, it’s reloadable. Make sure you pause it when eating or using the restroom. We ordered a pizza and it was delicious. Definitely tastes much better than years ago. She had a blast and came back today for my friends sons birthday who actually did book a party table. The party was really nice but it let me compare if I would have rather had a party or not and I’m glad that I went the route that I did. My two year old had a blast without paying for a party and that’s what matters! Also my friends party host was Ty and that young man did a very nice job! See if you can request him as your party host! He was attentive and in good spirits. Even tried to get the birthday boy in the dancing and singing spirit when Chuck E came out. I will be visiting very soon. ”
